Mara Saltz, President, Saltz & Associates

Mara Saltz has 20 years of management and consulting experience developing and implementing business, marketing and information technology initiatives for start-ups and multinational organizations. She has provided services and manufacturing firms with the means to create and achieve value:

  • Developed programs to drive growth, market share, and profitability for sector leaders in energy / industrial products, technology, and healthcare. 
  • Commercialized new opportunities for businesses with revenues from $100 million to $6+ billion.

In senior consulting roles at Accenture and A. T. Kearney, Ms. Saltz led multi-disciplinary teams and provided strategic positioning, business and market development, M&A due diligence, merger integration planning, alliance development, and performance improvement services to clients.

(home infusion therapy services) where she was responsible for strategic planning, business and product development, and marketing.  She also established Saltz Advertising & Design, a consultancy focused on technology and services clientele. Before founding her own practice, she worked for a multi-national advertising agency where she created award-winning ads.

Ms. Saltz has authored numerous articles including "Electrified Guideways: A Transportation Solution," World Energy Monthly, and "Bringing Technology Closer to the Patient," Healthcare Informatics.

She received an M.B.A. in Finance, Marketing, Strategy & Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from the California College of the Arts.

Ms. Saltz has served on a variety of advisory boards.  She is a guest lecturer and has taught business marketing and management courses at Houston-area colleges and universities.
